Antonius Caviar

As the only producer in the world, Antonius oversees every stage of production, from breeding to the finished caviar. With three state-of-the-art farms and more on the way, the company is currently the largest sturgeon producer in the world. All our caviar is produced without borax and thus consists only of roe, salt, and craftsmanship.
